Who we are

Horario is made by Innovate Invest OÜ, an Estonian private limited company (registry code 14504365), Asuvere tee 7, Tihemetsa alevik, Saarde vald, Pärnu maakond, 86201, Estonia. You can reach us at privacy@horario.io.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your subscription

A Horario subscription gives you the right to use the Horario desktop app for one year from the date of payment. The price, including any tax, is shown at checkout before you pay. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each year at the price then in effect, and Paddle emails you a receipt for every payment.

You can cancel at any time from the link in any Paddle receipt or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep using Horario until the end of the year you have paid for.

Refunds

Every payment can be refunded in full within 14 days. See the refund policy.

Your data

The desktop app keeps your activity data on your own device. How we handle the personal data we do receive is described in our privacy notice.

Using Horario

Your subscription is for you or your organisation. Do not resell it, share it beyond the seats you bought, or try to bypass the licence check.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep Horario reliable, but we provide it as it is. Except where the law does not allow it, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we will update the date above, and a change that affects a subscription you have already paid for applies from your next renewal. These terms are governed by the law of Estonia, without taking away any protection the law of your country of residence gives you.
